All sales are final
Every Custom MDF USA product is made to order. Cabinet doors and drawer fronts are CNC-cut to the sizes you send us, and door samples are cut and finished for your order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on doors, drawer fronts or samples once an order is placed.
Before you order
- Double-check sizes, quantities, door style and finish in your cut list or quote. We produce exactly what is confirmed.
- Not sure about a style or finish? Order a sample first in our shop.
Damaged in shipping
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a box or door is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
